Domestic Ticketing Manager For Corporate Travel

The Domestic Corporate Ticketing Manager is responsible for overseeing corporate travel bookings, managing ticketing operations, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for corporate clients. This role requires expertise in domestic air ticketing, fare rules, GDS systems, and corporate travel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Ticketing & Reservations:
• Manage and process domestic flight bookings for corporate clients.
• Ensure timely issuance, reissuance, and cancellations of tickets as per client requests.
• Handle fare calculations, ticket exchanges, and refunds while minimizing costs.
• Boarding Passes to traveller.
• Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients regarding their travel requirements.
• Provide customized travel solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Address and resolve ticketing-related issues or concerns promptly.
• Fare & GDS Management:
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, for ticketing operations.
• Negotiate fares with airlines to provide the best deals for corporate clients.
• Keep updated on airline fare rules, promotions, and policy changes.
• Group Booking management.
• Maintain accurate reports on ticketing transactions, refunds, and client accounts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and industry regulations.

Skills:

Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

Strong understanding of domestic airline fares, ticketing, and reissuance policies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Leadership and team management capabilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in IATA/UFTAA or any relevant ticketing course.

Experience working with multinational corporations or travel management companies (TMCs).
