Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution:
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ground-mounted solar or renewable energy installations.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.

2. Site Management:
• Oversee on-site activities, including civil, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

3. Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project
execution.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to meet project milestones.

4. Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.

5. Budget and Risk Management:
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.

6. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and progress updates.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical preferred).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 3-6 years of experience in project management, specifically in ground-mounted renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects within time and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and construction processes.
