Social Media Manager

About the Role:Were looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to drive ONION INSIGHTS’ online presence. This role requires someone who can develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and support business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
• Create, schedule, and manage content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
• Monitor trends, analytics, and audience insights to optimise content and campaigns.
• Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to showcase our services, achievements, and updates through compelling content.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write, design, and produce engaging posts.
• Familiarity with social media analytical tools to measure and improve performance.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices across social platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
