Role & responsibilities

• Taking US patient inbound calls.
• Scheduling/rescheduling patient appointment.
• Helping patients with requested information.
• Utilizing the correct Practice & protocol document.
• Dealing with empathy and maintaining a positive demeanor while on call with patient.
• Escalating case to concern person if required.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Multi-tasking and time usage skills are required.
• Excellent oral communication skills and written communication skills are required.
• Examines existing processes and problems and continuously looks for ways to do things better and communicates possible improvements to management.
• Extreme attention to detail and accurate processing of information is required and essential.
