Hiring - Team Lead (International Voice Process) - Oncospark | HYD

Role & responsibilities

• Taking US patient inbound calls.
• Scheduling/rescheduling patient appointment.
• Helping patients with requested information.
• Utilizing the correct Practice & protocol document.
• Dealing with empathy and maintaining a positive demeanor while on call with patient.
• Escalating case to concern person if required.
• Team Handling with prior experience in Patient Calling/BPO Experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be flexible working for US shifts.
• Should have good typing skills (25-30 wpm).
• Should have good English communication skills (both oral and written).
• Knowledge of US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
• Should be open & flexible to align with business requirements as needed.
