We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating leads for our company.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Company:SSR TECHVISION.
Position:Telecaller.
Experience:0 Year 3 Year.
Salary:upto 25k (Perks:Food Allowance).
Shift Timing:7:45 PM TO 5:15 AM.
Days Working:5.5 (Alternate Saturdays are off).
Qualifications And Skills.
Customer service skills.
Fluency in English.
Experience in lead generation preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry.
Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls effectively.
Roles And Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries via voice calls.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Conduct lead generation activities for healthcare products.
Manage outbound and inbound calls effectively.
