Post: Export Executive
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant field
Education: Graduate, diploma in International Trade or MBA preferable

ï‚• Candidate should have Good Communication skills
ï‚• Knowledge of Export Import FCL & LCL shipments custom clearance procedure
ï‚• Knowledge of Duty drawback, RODTEP, IGST Refund
ï‚• Pre-shipment & Post shipment documentation & monitoring
ï‚• Well versed with latest schemes & reforms
ï‚• DGFT
ï‚• BRC
ï‚• Negotiation ability
Job description
ï‚• Prepare commercial invoice, packing list and all the pre shipment documents.
ï‚• Maintain update record of all export shipments data in excel files.
ï‚• Coordinate with CHA & Forwarders for all the export related queries and documentation.
ï‚• Follow up with CHA & Forwarder for timely shipments
ï‚• Getting Proof of Delivery of each Shipment from various forwarders.
ï‚• BRC procedure
ï‚• Drawback & IGST refund follow up with CHA & Forwarder for timely receipt
ï‚• Shipment booking after comparison and negotiation with Forwarder
ï‚• Analyzation of Export shipments for maintaining the Ontime delivery of the shipments and
taking necessary corrective actions.
