You will be working closely with

Global Finance Leaders and Offshore Manager (Finance & Data Operations).

This may be the right role for you, if you have

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream and having 7+ years of experience in Data Automations through Python or SQL or Power Automate or Power BI & Power Query or Alteryx mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal, judgment, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to successfully lead others including but not limited to planning, assigning, and directing work, resolving problems, training and developing a team, and participating in knowledge transfer.
• Experience with large data sets and mapping tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion about fostering a data-driven culture and driving impact through data.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide real-time insights.
• Be a subject matter expert of reporting tools used by the Financial Operations Team.
• Connect the dots to understand data from multiple sources like data warehouses, data platforms, and BI tools.
• Collaborate with Transformation, IT, and Business Leads to understand requirements and transform requirements into products.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to nontechnical stakeholders across various management levels.
• Continuously optimize reporting for all channels.
• Be an integral part of a growing team that develops innovative data solutions for Omnicom Media Group.
• Having basic understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights..
