Job Title - Associate Director Media Planning

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director - Media Planning to lead and manage our media planning efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-level strategy development, executing impactful media plans, and ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients. You will play a key role in shaping media strategies and optimizing media investments to deliver outstanding business results.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of comprehensive media strategies that align with clients business goals and marketing objectives.

Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated media plans across digital, traditional, and emerging media platforms.

Manage, mentor, and guide a team of media planners, ensuring effective collaboration, development, and execution.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for media strategy and planning.

Monitor campaign performance and provide ongoing analysis, reporting, and recommendations to optimize media investments.

Manage media budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI while achieving campaign objectives.

Evaluate vendor proposals, discuss projections, impact properties and partnership with channels.

Coordinate with various channels once media campaign is on air.

Stay current on media trends, emerging platforms, and industry developments to drive innovation in media planning strategies.

Qualification:

5+ years of experience in media planning, with a focus on strategic planning and team leadership.

• Bachelor s degree and master s/ PG Diploma in Business Management (Preferred)
