About Role

The Financial Systems Support Specialist (FSS) will work closely with various Omnicom agencies to support their operational and managerial reporting processes to provide accurate and timely information.  Between managing the internal ticket tracking system and working directly with users on enhancements and issues, the FSS will provide direct support to agencies and interact across the team to provide the highest level of service.  Critical to the role is maintaining close contact with the global user base to answer any questions and address concerns

• Communicate with stakeholders and key users daily to ensure alignment
• Manage internal issue tracking system and ensure tickets routed to the proper team members
• Provide all aspects of user support for the enterprise-wide reporting platform
• Understand the internal business processes that drive reporting needs
• Troubleshoot data/reporting issues and collaborate with the team to develop solutions
• Seek out and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy

• 5 + years of help desk experience in a services-based business or advertising agency
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/financial system experience (MS D365 F&O,  etc.)
• Familiarity with Enterprise Reporting applications (Cognos Analytics, PowerBI, etc.)
• Extremely detail oriented with a bias towards action
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate/communicate across all levels of the business
• Experience providing direct support to a diverse user base
• Effective approach for solving multi-faceted problems 
• Ability to understand and interpret patterns and trends in data
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment
• Disciplined approach to change management, process controls, and compliance
• Comfort working with large data sets with advanced MS Excel experience
• Exposure to financial systems and/or enterprise level technology platforms
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
