Job Title: Marketing Manager

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Education:

• BE/B Tech (Mechanical) + MBA in Marketing or Mechanical Engineering preferably with 5 to 10 years of experience handling End User

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth in the Oil & Gas industry.
2. Build and maintain relationships with OEM clients and end-users.
3. Manage business development efforts targeting Forging, Casting, and Tube Manufacturing companies.
4. Identify potential customers in Machine Shops and Fabrication companies within Gujarat and North India.
5. Liaise with Oil Field Equipment Companies and Service Companies like Baker Hughes, Halliburton, SLB, etc., to establish partnerships and expand market reach.
6. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities.
7. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales and revenue targets.
8. Travel frequently (up to 30% annually) to meet clients and attend industry events.

Key Skills:

• Strong business development and sales expertise in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Knowledge of Forging, Casting, Tube Manufacturing, and Fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with Oil Field Equipment and Service Companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Cultural adaptability, particularly for candidates from North, Middle, or East India.

• Willingness to relocate and stay in Rajkot for the long term.
