Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the organizations growth. The ideal candidate would have IT recruiting experience and will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles, including senior-level positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
