Job Description
- Collaborate with Head Talent Acquisition and Regional hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans, use passive and active recruiting techniques and a broad variety of sources for developing a ready candidate pipeline to fill in critical needs.
- Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
- Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post recruitment are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people to the target roles.
- Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.
- Ensure proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines.
- Issue the offer/rejection letter, facilitate negotiations with the candidate and act as the liaison between the business and candidates so as to facilitate the successful recruitment execution.
- Timely update Recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
