Preferenceoles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  
• Negotiate salary packages and other benefits with selected candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates
• Language Preferance : English , Tamil, Malayalam & Telegu
