Responsibilities

• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
• Conduct Onboarding & HR Induction Program
• Organizing Trainings (Internal and External programs)
• Organize Cross functional Trainings
• Organize the SKIP Level reviews below RM Levels
• Conduct employee surveys annually
• Organizing Employee engagement programs, R&R
• Handling Background verification process
• Handle Probations and Confirmations
• Branch Coordinations
• Onsite training on POSH or any female related grievance
• Discuss employees career development paths with managers
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
• Organize learning and development programs
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
• Exit Interviews & F&F Settlements
• Prepare KRA's across the organization level
• Strong hands on statutory compliances

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software - KEKA
• Excellent MS Office suit
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
