OEM SALES
Position: Asst Manager / Dy Manager-OEM Sales / Marketing.
Experience: 8-10 Years in Tractors / Commercial/ off road in OEM.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
✓ Initiate for RFQ .
✓ Coordinate for RFQ.
✓ Coordinate with customer for plant Audit activities.
✓ Product feasibility study.
✓ Competitors benchmarking in terms of QCD.
✓ Customer Relationship.
✓ Coordinate with service & customers.
✓ New business initiatives.
✓ Competitors pricing & negotiation.
Regular Business
✓ Monitoring customer schedule on time.
✓ Payment follow-up & reconciliation.
✓ Resolve quality issues at customers with the support of plant.
