Billing Engineer

Job description

• Billing (Client Billing)/Planning Engineer.
• Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
• Having sound knowledge in Deviations & Escalation as per CPWD Norms,
• Responsible for verification of certified RA bills.
• Identification and preparation of extra -items.
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.
• Estimating and costing.
• Rate Analysis.
• Preparation and certification Measurement Book & Bar Bending Schedule.
• Back-to-back Client billing.
• Sub-contractor Billing.

Required Candidate profile

• Government Building construction as per CPWD Norms experienced is preferred.
• Candidates must have experience of 5-10 years in relevant field.
• Must have knowledge of Client Billing and vendor & Sub-contractor Billing.
• Having sound knowledge in Deviations & Escalation as per CPWD Norms,
• Must have Knowledge of Delhi Schedule Rate (CPWD).
• Should have an excellent written and verbal communication.
• Should have good knowledge of working in MS Excel, Spread Sheet & AutoCad Software.
• Should have an analytical skill & problem-solving skill. Role & responsibilities
