Job Summary:
As an Assistant Marketing Manager at Oliveboard, you will play a crucial role in driving course promotion, enhancing brand awareness, and optimizing customer retention. Responsibilities:
Content & Promotional Material Curation:
- Develop and curate compelling content and promotional materials to effectively promote courses and enhance brand awareness.
- Craft engaging copy for various marketing channels, including email, push notifications, social media, and website content.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Manage and execute push notification, email, and other marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Implement effective retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
- Develop and execute out-of-the-box ideas to generate revenue and enhance brand awareness.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Use data-driven decision-making to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Generate reports based on marketing analytics.
Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing creatives for marketing materials.
- Ensure all marketing material is on brand, and effective.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, support, and tech teams to optimize the customer experience and increase retention.
- Work with sales to improve lead quality.
Revenue Generation & Affiliate Management:
- Generate revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Manage and optimize affiliate programs to drive sales and revenue.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding market conditions.
Requirements:
Communication Skills:
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative & Analytical Skills:
- Creative flair and strong copywriting abilities.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
Work Ethic & Adaptability:
- Proactive and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Industry Knowledge:
- Exposure to Banking, SSC, JAIIB, and other competitive exams.
Teamwork:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Marketing Automation:
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.
EdTech Experience:
- Experience working in the EdTech industry.
