Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.
- This role will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for building relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
