Job Description

Were currently looking for Associate Project Manager to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have aptitude for working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on Associate Project Manager to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level operations.

Responsibilities/ Requirements

• Monitoring the daily progress of projects
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
• Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
• Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, workshops/ seminars/ hackathons/ fund-raising events and staff appreciation events
• Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
