Pqc Engineer

Role: Engineer - PQC.

Experience: 1-2 Yrs.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented PQC Engineer with a solid background in the polymer industry. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in various standards such as ISO and IATF, with a proven ability to establish and maintain robust quality processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Good Knowledge about Polymer Industry.
• Setting up Raw Material Quality Process (RMQP).
• Setting up quality parameters for finished goods.
• Should know to utilize why why analysis with the help of FISHBONE.
• Problem Solving Ability by using root cause analysis.
• Must have ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 knowledge.
• Use tools like 5 core tools (FME, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP) 8D & 7 QC.
• SPC KAIZEN, Extrusion Process.
• Supplier Quality (SQA) & Incoming Quality.

Qualifications

• Must have B.Sc, Diploma, B.E., or related field.
• Polymer Specialization would be added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
