What Youll Do

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to improve efficiency
• Manage schedules, mentor coordination, and communication
• Ensure seamless execution of courses, content, and learning materials
• Conduct research to enhance course offerings and processes
• Streamline workflows and drive process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and management abilities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office
• Prior experience in operations, program management, or edtech (preferred)
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
