Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients in the US IT industry. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are serious about building a career in recruitment and are ready to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT roles using job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome! No prior experience is required.
• Strong interest in building a career in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.
• Self-motivated, committed, and willing to work in night shifts.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
