Job Description:

The Division of Student Relationships at Lovely Professional University is seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to enhance student and parent engagement. The ideal candidates will leverage their multilingual skills to communicate effectively and build strong connections in their preferred languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact and engage with students and parents in Telugu, Malayalam,
• Serve as a point of contact for resolving queries and providing exceptional service.
• Assist in fostering positive relationships between students, parents, and the university.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters Degree (any discipline).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, Bengali, or Marathi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction.
