Job Summary

We are seeking a Speaker Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment and engagement of high-profile speakers for our Business Summits and industry events. This role demands excellent research, communication, and organizational skills to identify, engage, and secure thought leaders, executives, and innovators. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends, relationship management expertise, and the ability to align speaker strategies with event objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential speakers with relevant expertise in the petrochemical, manufacturing, and allied industries.
• Prioritize and target thought leaders and executives from global and Indian conferences, leveraging online resources such as Google, LinkedIn, and industry reports.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to engage speakers aligned with the event themes and audience needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry experts, past speakers, and other high-profile individuals.
• Act as the primary contact for confirmed speakers, providing clear communication about event details, schedules, and expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to craft personalized and compelling proposals for potential speakers.
• Ensure speaker engagement aligns with event objectives and maximizes audience impact.
• Work closely with the content committee to align speaker topics with industry trends, audience interests, and overall event goals.
• Ensure that speaker sessions enhance the value and appeal of the event agenda.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trending topics, emerging industry leaders, and high-interest areas for attendees.
• Use feedback from previous events to refine speaker acquisition strategies and improve session quality.

Key Requirements

• Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar back-office role, preferably in speaker acquisition, event coordination, or business development.
