Service Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Manage Service Operations:
   Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, timely delivery of services, and high-quality standards.
2. Customer Relations:
   Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
3. Inventory & Parts Management:
   Coordinate with the parts department to maintain adequate inventory, ensure timely ordering of parts, and oversee parts usage and stock levels.
4. Quality & Compliance:
   Ensure all services meet company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements. Conduct regular audits to maintain quality.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
   Maintain accurate service records, generate performance reports, and analyze data to drive improvements in service operations.
