Job Description
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling requests and concerns efficiently. Foster positive relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Project Oversight: Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and are completed on time.
- Proactive Decision Making: Anticipate potential issues and take proactive steps to address them, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- Lead Generation: Actively work to generate new client leads and attract potential clients for IT support services within the USA and Canada. This includes identifying opportunities and leveraging networking and marketing strategies.
- Technical Experience: While not mandatory, having a basic understanding of IT systems and previous experience in a Service Desk/Help Desk environment is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective client interaction and internal coordination
