Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site HR Intern role located in Bengaluru at Clinikk. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. They will also help with administrative tasks and support the HR team in day-to-day operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills ( English, Kannada, Hindi)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Any Graduate with affinity towards HR or MBA in HR
