Email Marketing Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to promote company services, products, and updates.
• Create compelling email templates, subject lines, and content to improve engagement and response rates.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.
• Build and segment email lists based on customer demographics, behavior, and preferences.
• Research and identify potential prospects within target industries or demographics to improve lead generation efforts.
• Use email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) to schedule and send emails to targeted audiences.
• Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve email marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine email campaigns and maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure email layouts, visuals, and messaging are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and digital marketing to ensure innovative campaign execution.
• Manage and oversee social media accounts to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
• Create social media campaigns to complement email marketing initiatives, driving engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to adjust strategies and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts that align with both email and social media goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-5+ years) in email marketing, preferably in the IT services or digital marketing industry.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation.
• Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email templates is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
• Proven ability to create social media content that aligns with marketing campaigns and drives engagement.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Understanding of how email and social media campaigns can work together to amplify brand presence and lead generation efforts.
