We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive new business growth for our design and IT services agency. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-quality leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and ultimately converting them into new clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation:
    Utilize a range of prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking, to identify and qualify potential clients.
    Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and continuously work to expand it.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.

  • Lead Nurturing:

    Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to build relationships with potential clients.
    Craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that showcase our services and expertise.
    Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to efficiently manage and track lead interactions.

  • Sales Conversion:

    Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule and participate in client meetings and presentations.
    Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales team to help close deals.
    Maintain detailed records of all lead and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
    Recommend and implement strategies to optimize the lead generation and sales process.

Other Qualifications :


  • Minimum 3-5Y years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the design or IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into new clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other lead generation technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
