Key Responsibilities:

Data Discovery and Extraction:

- Identify and source critical data sets related to unlisted shares from diverse financial

platforms, databases, and market repositories.

- Develop robust data retrieval and verification mechanisms to ensure accuracy and

comprehensiveness.

Transaction Analysis:

- Execute and monitor share transfer transactions across NSDL and CDSL platforms.

- Create comprehensive transaction logs and performance tracking systems.

Insights Generation:

- Develop advanced analytical models to identify market trends, valuation patterns, and

investment opportunities in the unlisted shares domain.

- Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries that translate complex data into clear,

strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial data analysis.

* Proven experience in financial newsrooms, data rooms, or similar analytical environments.

* Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL).

* Strong Excel and visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI).

* Deep understanding of Indian financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
