Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and own the overall performance marketing strategy to drive traffic, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
- Implement best practices for scaling paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Focus on optimizing for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
2. Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, creative iterations, audience targeting, and bid adjustments.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data and customer behavior metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Use predictive analytics to forecast performance outcomes and guide budget allocation.
4. Customer Journey & Funnel Optimization:
- Work closely with UX teams to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to conversion.
- Focus on increasing conversion rates through landing page optimization, checkout processes, and post-purchase experiences.
- Develop and execute retargeting strategies to re-engage customers and drive repeat purchases.
5. Technology & Tools:
- Leverage advanced marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Shopify, WebEngage, GoKwik, KwikPass and CRM systems, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Demonstrated success in scaling paid media budgets and achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Deep expertise in key performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI-focused marketing.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups), and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
