Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounting tasks, bank reconciliation, TDS, GST compliance, and other financial functions to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and ensure proper ledger management.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between financial records and bank statements.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
• GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, ensure proper tax credits, and handle GST-related queries.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
• Audit Support: Provide necessary documents and support during internal and external audits.
• Vendor & Customer Reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts with vendors and customers.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure adherence to financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance).
• 2+ years of experience in finance & accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with deadlines.
