Responsibilities :
- Handover/Takeover Management (HOTO).
- Coordination with Stakeholders.
- Documentation & Compliance.

Must Have:
- Experience in facilities management or equipment transition roles, particularly in handover/takeover (HOTO) processes.
- Experience in managing the commissioning, testing, and handover of major facility equipment (HVAC, electrical, fire safety, elevators, etc.

Key Responsibilities:.
Handover/Takeover Management (HOTO):.
- Lead and manage the entire HOTO process for facility equipment, ensuring all documentation, testing, and commissioning are completed.
- Develop detailed handover checklists and ensure that equipment installation and commissioning adhere to approved design and operational requirements.
Coordination with Stakeholders:.
- Collaborate with project management, contractors, facility managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth communication during the HOTO process.
- Serve as the central point of contact between project teams and operational staff during equipment handover.
Documentation & Compliance:.
- Ensure that all equipment-related documentation (O&M manuals, warranties, certifications, safety protocols) is handed over accurately and stored appropriately for future reference.
- Verify that all equipment complies with local regulatory standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Training & Operational Readiness:.
- Coordinate and manage training sessions for facility management teams on newly installed or upgraded equipment.
- Ensure that the facility team is fully capable of operating and maintaining the equipment post-handover.
Risk & Issue Management:.
- Identify any risks or issues during the equipment handover process and work with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Prepare and escalate risk mitigation strategies for any delays or issues that could impact facility operations.
Vendor & Contract Management:.
- Oversee vendor performance during the equipment installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Ensure all service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors are met and monitor vendor performance post-handover to ensure continuity of service.
Post-Handover Support:.
- Monitor equipment performance after the handover to address any operational issues or defects.
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure a smooth transition into the operational phase and provide ongoing support during the early operational period.
