Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and other sales channels to generate leads.
  
• Develop a strong understanding of our company's products/services offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  
• Build relationships with new contacts, understand their needs, and qualify them as potential customers.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns and improve lead quality.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (software sales, IT sales).
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads through cold calling, inside sales, website sales, CRM sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, product sales.
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
