About the Role:

Oblytech is seeking Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultants to support a global ServiceNow implementation project focusing on Field Service Management (FSM), Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM), and Order Management (OMT). This is a role that requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM, with knowledge of Service Bridge, integrations, and automation workflows being a plus.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow FSM, customization, and integrations, along with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize ServiceNow-based workflows. You will work with a global team to enhance platform capabilities, improve automation, and ensure seamless system performance.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale FSM and Service Bridge implementations, collaborating with industry experts on cutting-edge automation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow FSM modules to streamline field service operations and enhance workflow automation.
• Support Service Bridge and attribute-based case routing, ensuring seamless case resolution and intelligent case assignment.
• Develop, manage, and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Implement Order Management for Technology Providers (OMT) within ServiceNow, optimizing order workflows and transaction handling.
• Enhance and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for security, governance, and access control within the ServiceNow platform.
• Work closely with global teams to gather business requirements, design solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring smooth operations and scalability for enterprise-wide usage.
• Provide technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and configurations to support implementation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Experience:

✔ Field Service Management (FSM) experience is mandatory.
✔ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and customization, including workflows, UI actions, and business rules.
✔ Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and external system connectors.
✔ Exposure to Service Bridge and Attribute-Based Case Routing (preferred).
✔ Knowledge of Order Management for Technology Providers (OMT) (preferred).
✔ Hands-on experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), UI customization, and ServiceNow administration.
✔ Understanding of ServiceNow data models, security architecture, and platform governance.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications for better performance.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in offshore teams.
