About the Role:

Oblytech is seeking Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultants with RPA expertise to support a bot migration from Automation Anywhere to ServiceNow RPA Hub. This is a remote role requiring advanced hands-on experience in ServiceNow RPA, automation, and integrations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow RPA Hub, Integration Hub, and bot migration processes, along with the ability to optimize and automate workflows within ServiceNow. You will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow-based automation solutions, working alongside a team of global IT experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of bots from Automation Anywhere to ServiceNow RPA Hub, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal downtime.
• Design, configure, and optimize automation workflows within ServiceNow RPA Hub to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop, manage, and troubleshoot API integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
• Ensure compliance and governance by implementing security best practices, access control policies, and automation guidelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement automation strategies.
• Monitor and improve system performance, ensuring automation runs efficiently and scales as needed.
• Develop custom applications and scripts in ServiceNow to enhance automation processes and streamline workflows.
• Test and validate bot migration solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and function optimally post-migration.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for automation solutions, workflows, and configurations.
• Collaborate with global teams to align automation strategies with business goals and support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
