Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Create workflows, business rules, and UI policies to meet project requirements.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs.

Perform platform upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including customizations and integrations.

Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS) within the ServiceNow platform.

Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.

Experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs.

Understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
