2. About the Role

Oblytech is seeking a Full-Time Salesforce Consultant (B2B Commerce) to lead and optimize B2B Commerce solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze). This role requires expertise in Sales & Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations to support USA-based projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fully remote environment while collaborating with international teams.

3. Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and enhance Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze) solutions.
2. Configure and customize Sales & Service Cloud, including workflows, validation rules, and automation.
3. Develop and maintain Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components for custom functionality.
4. Handle data migration, system integrations (APIs, middleware), and performance tuning.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
6. Manage deployments and ensure best practices in Salesforce development.
7. Optimize user experience and system performance through proactive monitoring.
8. Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.

4. Required Skills and Experience

1. Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze).

2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

3. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components development.

4. Ability to configure and customize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and automation.

5. Experience in data migration, API integrations, and middleware solutions.

6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Salesforce deployment best practices.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

8. Experience working with USA-based companies/projects.

5. Preferred Qualifications

1. Salesforce certifications in B2B Commerce, Administrator, or Developer.

2. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

3. Knowledge of eCommerce architecture and integrations with ERP/Payment systems.
