About the Role

Oblytech is seeking a Full-Time Project Manager to lead project execution, ensure task completion, and manage stakeholders in a USA-based remote environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in ERP projects, and the ability to work across time zones.

This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with USA-based teams while maintaining flexibility in a remote or hybrid setup from Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and track project progress to ensure timely completion.

2. Work with multiple stakeholders to align tasks and goals.

3. Utilize Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies for project execution.

4. Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

5. Provide regular updates and reports on project status.

6. Identify roadblocks and ensure efficient execution of project deliverables.

7. Work autonomously while ensuring accountability in a remote setting.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Project management experience, preferably in ERP projects (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday).

2. Ability to track and ensure task completion across teams.

3. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

4. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

5. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).

6. Experience in stakeholder management and reporting.

7. Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

8. Experience working with USA-based companies/projects is a must.
