Oasis TechnoSoft - Senior Oracle ERP Manager (10-20 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Manager to lead the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. In this role, the ERP Lead will collaborate closely with the IT Director to ensure the effective operation of IT projects and drive process enhancements across the business. The ideal candidate should hold a strong technical background in Oracle ERP systems, deep expertise in program management, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead ERP Initiatives : Own the ERP EBS upgrades and initiate ERP Fusion journey for Al Shirawi group by Partnering with the IT Director to oversee and guide ERP projects and teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices, robust solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship and feedback.

- Day-to-Day Operations : Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to monitor and support the ongoing operation of Oracle ERP applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with various departments to assess and prioritize IT requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and long-term strategy.

- System Implementation & Support : Manage the deployment and support of the Oracle ERP system, including key modules such as finance, human resources, supply chain, and manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

- Policy & Documentation : Develop and maintain clear IT policies, procedures, and documentation to support ERP system management and operations.

- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and software licensing, ensuring optimal value and compliance.

- Process Optimization : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization within the ERP system to drive operational efficiency.

- Compliance & Security : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices regarding data security, privacy, and system integrity.

- Industry Awareness : Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on our IT operations and ERP system and recommending improvements.

Requirements :

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

- Experience : Proven experience in managing IT operations, particularly with Oracle EBS and carrying out Fusion Implementation Journey from base.

- ERP Expertise : Strong experience in implementing, customizing, supporting, and upgrading Oracle ERP systems.

- Program Management : Demonstrated success in leading ERP-related IT projects with a solid understanding of program management principles.

- Leadership : Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a diverse team of IT professionals.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities with a keen attention to detail.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Certifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL) are desirable.
