Oracle Delivery Manager - E2E Implementation (15-20 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- 8+ years in hands on experience in technical and functional areas with a strong consulting focus.

- Proven experience managing and guiding large, complex delivery teams and handling stakeholder management.

- Expertise in managing senior teams having technical and functional consultants across geographies.

- Hands-on experience with implementation of Oracle R12 versions in Finance or SCM domains.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a solid commercial understanding to handle project challenges in complex environments.

Experience Criteria :

- Total Enterprise experience 15+ Years.

- 8+ Years in collaborative Delivery management and hands-on with Oracle EBS Implementation and support.

Background/Academic Qualification :

- Bachelors /Post Graduate degree or higher in science or engineering.

- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and guide large, complex delivery teams across geographies.

- Ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

- Handle stakeholder management, keeping all parties informed and aligned.

- Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS implementations, particularly in Finance or SCM domains.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Oversee the implementation of Oracle R12 versions.

- Manage senior teams with technical and functional consultants.

- 15+ years of total experience in enterprise environments.

- 8+ years of experience in collaborative delivery management and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS implementation and support.
