About the Role :

Athena is looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Developer specializing in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to join our dynamic team.

This position offers the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI technology, focusing on multi-modal and non-text-based RAG applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for innovation in AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RAG-based chatbots utilizing Python and OpenAI APIs.

- Build solutions that integrate diverse data formats, including text, images, and relational data (SQL).

- Optimize and maintain existing RAG systems for performance and accuracy.

- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

- Interact with US-based clients and manage requirements effectively.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 5 years in AI/ML development with a focus on RAG systems (multi-modal/non-text RAG preferred).

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python development.

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs for RAG applications.

- Expertise in integrating and working with various data types (e., images, text, SQL relational data).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

- Team player with a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to shifts.

Preferred :

- Prior experience working with US clients.

- Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of up to 15 days.
