About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Collections to oversee state-level operations within the Auto Loan division.
The role requires expertise in collections management, ensuring compliance, and handling day-to-day operations while driving excellence in service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection Portfolio Management: Strategize and manage collection portfolios to achieve performance targets.
- Collection Agency Management: Recruit, train, and oversee collection agencies to ensure efficient processes and results.
- Repossession of Assets: Supervise repossession processes in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Audit and Compliance: Ensure all collection activities adhere to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and service quality.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to address issues and achieve collection goals.
- Identify and address process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in collections management, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong hiring and recruiting skills to build and maintain a capable team.
- Expertise in training and service quality improvement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the BFSI domain, especially in Auto Loans.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities to address operational challenges effectively.
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required
