Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the real estate closing process. The ideal candidate will ensure that every transaction is executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee the real estate closing process ensuring payment timelines and deadlines are met.
• • Coordinate with buyers to ensure a seamless closing experience.
• • Review and verify all closing documents, contracts, and instructions for accuracy and compliance.
• • Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.
• • Maintain constant communication with clients in providing updates and addressing questions or concerns promptly.
• • Ensure all regulatory, legal, and financial obligations are fulfilled prior to closing.
• • Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and documentation.
• • Monitor and update internal systems to track the progress of pending transactions.
• • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• • Proven experience in real estate transactions, closing coordination, or a related field.
• • Strong knowledge of real estate market, contracts & process.
• • Familiarity with state real estate regulations (RERA).
• • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• • Proficiency in real estate management software and tools,
• • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• • Bachelors degree / MBA (preferred).
• • Certification or training in real estate (a plus).
