Business Development Executive

What you'll do

Nuvocotto is looking for Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Responsibility Deliverable:

• Generate sales by identifying and converting leads from builders, architects, and contractors.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and design.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings.

Task and activities:

• Schedule and attend meetings with builders, architects, and contractors to present product offerings.
• Visit Construction sites to assess project requirements and build relationships with on site teams.
• Follow up with potential leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiation and finalize contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation initiatives.
• Update and maintain the CRM system in real-time to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity and lead conversions to management.
