Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Presentations & Demonstrations:

a. Understand customer needs and pitch relevant product use cases. b. Schedule and coordinate seamless execution of product demonstrations with the demo team.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

a. Meet a minimum of 8 customers daily, including key stakeholders like chairmen, directors, and principals of educational institutions.

b. Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers.

3. Reporting & Market Analysis:

a. Regularly update Zoho Bigin (CRM App).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Customer Meetings: Minimum of 8 customer meetings daily.
• Demo Scheduling: At least 30 product demos to be scheduled monthly. • CRM Updates: Daily reporting of customer interactions and activities in Zoho Bigin (CRM App).
