Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute Business strategies to meet or exceed company Business targets in the civil sector.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including architects, builders, and developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Manage the entire Business cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after-Business service.
• Collaborate with the team to manage project timelines, client expectations, and product delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and the latest developments in the construction industry.
• Prepare and submit accurate Business reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to management.
• Lead and mentor junior Business team members (for experienced candidates).
