Job Summary

The International Sales Manager will drive global sales efforts, working to expand market reach. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, with experience in managing distributor networks, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in international markets.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
• Analyze and identify new business opportunities and untapped markets in designated regions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and materials.
• Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress toward sales goals.
• Use CRM software to monitor leads, pipeline, and closed sales.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
• Share client feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and improvement.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
