Job Title: Assistant Manager - GST & Compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager for our Finance Department with expertise in GST compliance and financial operations. The role involves managing GST filings, TDS calculations, and compliance tasks while ensuring adherence to regulations and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• GST Compliance: Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, GSTR-4, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C), ensure accurate returns, and handle GST notices/audits.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Prepare GST reconciliations, quarterly/annual returns, audit reports, and ensure compliance accuracy.
• TDS Management: Calculate TDS on salaries, manage monthly payments, and file/revise TDS returns using Computax or offline methods.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on GST/TDS regulations and implement changes seamlessly into operations.
• Liaison & Advisory: Coordinate with GST authorities, handle assessments, and provide guidance to the team on compliance best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors/Masters in Commerce, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (CA/ICWA/CS) preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in GST/TDS compliance and finance operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, GST/TDS portals, and return filing processes.
• Key Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work both independently and collaboratively.
